Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated August 9, 2017, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal, and to enlarge the record to include certain documents.
