| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay an arbitration proceeding between the parties, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 7, 2017, or, in the alternative, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to stay an arbitration proceeding between the parties is granted, and the arbitration proceeding between the parties is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
