DECISION AND ORDER

ON MOTION
By order dated December 15, 2017, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by the Rural Law Center. By letter dated October 15, 2018 by Keith F. Schockmel, Esq., on behalf of the Rural Law Center, he requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated November 7, 2018, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated November 8, 2018, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by December 10, 2018. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.
Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
