Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 27, 2017, to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated August 2, 2018, and to transfer venue of the appeals to the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to transfer venue of the appeals to the Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department, is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 27, 2017, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated December 27, 2017, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with a prior order on application of this Court dated September 20, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as academic.
