| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 12, 2018, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 31, 2018, to consolidate that appeal with an appeal from an order of the same court dated August 22, 2018, and, in effect, to stay his eviction from the subject premises.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
