Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 22, 2017, and to consolidate that appeal with an from an order of the same court entered August 8, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered December 22, 2017, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order entered December 22, 2017, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with a prior order on application of this Court dated October 4, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
