Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to vacate the dismissals of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 10, 2017, February 3, 2017, and December 23, 2016, respectively, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to vacate the dismissals of the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
