Separate motions by the respondent and the respondent-cross-petitioner-respondent to extend the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 15, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the movants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is extended until January 28, 2019, and the movants' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
