Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 27, 2017, and an order of the same court entered May 3, 2018, to consolidate the appeals or, in the alternative, to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order entered May 3, 2018, is extended until January 30, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
