| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 10, 2009, and for leave to serve and file an oversized reply brief. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until January 3, 2019, and on or before that date the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief in the form annexed to the motion papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that service of the reply brief shall be effected pursuant to CPLR 2103(b)(1) or (3).
