Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by appellant Eagle Capital Group LLC is granted, without costs, the dismissal of the appeals is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]), and the time to perfect its appeals is extended to January 28, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion by appellant Wilderness Partners LLC is denied, without costs, and without prejudice to renewal by an attorney who has not been disqualified from representing Wilderness Partners LLC in these actions, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion by appellant Emilio Locascio for an extension of time to perfect his appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect his appeals is extended to January 28, 2019, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion by appellant Emilio Locascio for a stay pending appeals and further relief is denied, without costs.
