Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Tammy L. Gordon, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Reginald H. Bedell, Esq., 3311 Essex Road, P.O. Box 723, Willsboro, NY 12996, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he may direct; and it is further


ORDERED that if the appeal is not perfected within 60 days of the date of this decision and order, appellate counsel shall make an application on notice for a further extension of time to perfect the appeal.
