Motion by appellant on an appeal, in a dangerous dog proceeding, from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, Third District, dated July 27, 2018, in effect, for summary reversal, or, in the alternative, to direct the transfer of the dog declared a dangerous dog to a different facility and to have the dog examined by a veterinarian.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
