Motion by appellant for a stay of enforcement of the monetary portion of a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fifth District, entered October 22, 2018, pending the determination of an appeal therefrom. The appeal was transferred to this court by decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term for the Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts dated December 27, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
