Motion by appellant for a stay of enforcement of the monetary portion of a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fifth District, entered October 22, 2018, pending the determination of an appeal therefrom. The appeal was taken to the Appellate Term for the Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts.
