Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated November 22, 2013. By order on application of this Court dated June 16, 2014, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was extended until August 1, 2014. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the order on application of this Court dated June 16, 2014.
