| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 27, 2017, for leave to reargue their prior motion to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 26, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 26, 2018, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto," and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto," and the motion is otherwise denied.
