Defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 2, 2018 (M-5484), And plaintiff-respondent having cross-moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal for failure to perfect, or, in the alternative, to dismiss the appeal if defendant-appellant does not perfect by the February 2019 Term, (M-5557), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the April 2019 Term, with no further enlargements to be granted (M-5484).
