Motion by the plaintiff-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 8, 2017, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered March 20, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the plaintiff-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 14, 2019, and the plaintiff-respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
