Motion by the respondent ACS System Associates, Inc., to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 25, 2017.

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 17, 2019, and the movant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
