Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, to stay the transfer or encumbrance of the subject premises, and to stay the respondents or the current owner of the subject premises from evicting any of the tenants of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 9, 2018.
