of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 18, 2018, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for a stay of the order to the extent that it granted in part the respective motions of defendants-respondents, to compel plaintiffs to produce certain discovery, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted on condition plaintiff-appellant perfects the appeal on or before January 28, 2019 for the April 2019 Term.
