Motion by the defendant third-party plaintiff-appellant to extend the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 22, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the defendant third-party plaintiff-appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until February 7, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the defendant third-party plaintiff-appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
