| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to direct the respondent to serve it with a copy of the respondent's brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 17, 2016 and May 5, 2017, respectively, and an amended judgment of the same court dated May 9, 2016, to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed without prejudice to renew upon payment of the motion filing fee.
