DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 22, 2018, to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated November 29, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated June 22, 2018, to waive the filing fee, for free transcripts, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
