Renewed motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered February 22, 2018, to waive compliance with the requirements regarding certification of the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied and the record and the appellant's brief filed on September 5, 2018, are stricken; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until February 7, 2019, and on or before February 7, 2019, the appellant may serve and file a brief and a record that is certified in accordance with 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
