Motion by the respondent, inter alia, for leave to renew an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 31, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 10, 2018. Separate motion by the appellant for an award of counsel fees and costs, and to impose a sanction upon the respondent.
