Motion by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 18, 2017, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), to consolidate the appeal from the judgment with appeals from three orders of the same court entered June 10, 2016, October 26, 2016, and November 1, 2016, respectively, to deem the appellant's appendix and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders to be filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before January 31, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appellant's appendix containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
