DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is extended until January 31, 2019, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
