ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 4, 2019, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
