The People, etc., respondent, v Winston Gregory Hall, also known as Sage El, appellant. (Ind. No. 6247/17)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 22, 2018. By order to show cause dated November 26, 2018, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated August 22, 2018, was neither appealable as of right nor by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
SCHEINKMAN, P.J., BALKIN, HINDS-RADIX and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
