Motion by the respondents to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 12, 2016, on the ground that it has been rendered academic or, in the alternative, inter alia, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending determination of a related appeal, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-14998.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to hold the appeal in abeyance pending determination of a related appeal, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-14998, is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeal is held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
