Renewed motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay her eviction from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated November 30, 2017, and an order of the same court dated April 5, 2018.
