Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 9, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated July 20, 2018, and to reinstate the appeal. Separate motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a certain decision after trial.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
