Joint motion by the appellants to enjoin the respondents Spring Valley Road, LLC, and MSAF Group, LLC, or anyone acting on their behalf, from performing certain construction or construction-related activity at the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated May 16, 2018.
