| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered November 16, 2017, inter alia, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) regarding certification of the record, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) regarding certification of the record and to extend the time to perfect the appeals are granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until February 6, 2019, and the record and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
