Motion by the respondent-appellant for leave to reargue an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 8, 2017, and to disqualify counsel for the appellant-respondent. Separate motion by the respondent-appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending determination of the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, for leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to stay all proceedings is denied as academic.
