Motion by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 26, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is extended until February 22, 2019, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
