| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2018, which dismissed appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated September 12, 2018, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 5 and leave to appeal had not been granted, and for leave to appeal to this Court from the orders dated September 12, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
