Appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered December 8, 2015, pursuant to an order of that court entered December 3, 2015 granting an unopposed motion by respondent to dismiss the complaint pursuant to CPLR 3126.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as no appeal lies from a judgment entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
