Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 28, 2018. By order to show cause dated November 30, 2018, the parties were directed to show cause why a guardian ad litem should or should not be appointed on behalf of appellant.
Upon the order show cause and the papers filed in response thereto by appellant, it is
