Pierre Jean Jacques Renelique, as Assignee of Deon, Dorneval, Respondent, v Allstate Insurance Company, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal and enlarge the time to perfect the app on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered January 3, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to vacate is granted and the court's order of October 22, 2018 is hereby vacated, and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of appellant's motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before February 28, 2019.
