Motion by respondent-appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 14, 2018, pending the determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent of staying so much of the order as imposed a civil penalty of $2,000 upon respondent-appellant and is otherwise denied.
