| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 14, 2018, May 9, 2018, and July 17, 2018, respectively, to direct Bronstein Properties, LLC, to perform certain repair work, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated March 14, 2018, and May 9, 2018, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that is not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
