DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, dated May 24, 2018, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the objectant-appellant's appendix and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended until February 23, 2019.
