of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about November 9, 2018, And plaintiff-appellant having moved to stay the transfer of proceedings to Ulster County pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, and for transcription of the order appealed, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the transfer of proceedings to Ulster County on condition the appeal is perfected on or before March 18, 2019 for the June 2019 Term, and otherwise denied.
