Application by Tara Courtenay, as administrator of the estate of John Courtenay, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered July 22, 2016, to be substituted for the deceased appellant John Courtenay, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Tara Courtenay, as administrator of the estate of John Courtenay, is substituted for the deceased appellant John Courtenay, and the caption is amended accordingly.
