ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 3, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 19, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "March 19, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "March 19, 2018."
