| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 5, 2018, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 26, 2018, as conditioned a stay of the foreclosure sale of the subject premises upon perfection of the appeal on or before November 26, 2018, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 26, 2018, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "November 26, 2018," and substituting therefor the date "March 25, 2019," and the time to perfect the appeal is extended until March 25, 2019.
