The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Javell Ross, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Port Chester, Westchester County, rendered October 8, 2015, on an abridged record dispensing with the sentencing minutes.
